Fried zucchini with ginger
ズッキーニの生姜炒め

1. Cut zucchini in sticks. Medium heat oil, add thinly shredded ginger, 10 seconds later add cut zucchini.

2. When zucchini is slightly brown on all sides add a bit of soya sauce.

3. Salt and pepper then serve.
