2. RETURNS:
We have a 14 days return policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase we will not refund or exchange the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item back to us we recommend to use a shipping service with tracking number or to use a shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the return is checked and approved, a credit for the total order value will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within 10 working days. Shipping  costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact
us at arigato@outtolunch.pt.

4. EXCHANGES:
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Communicate exchange:
Email us at arigato@outtolunch.pt and tell us your order number, what items you want to exchange and the desired new size and/or color. Our Customer Experience Team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Once a package is received, checked and approved, we'll exchange it for the desired item or items. If the new exchanged item or items have the same or a higher purchase value as the originally purchased one we ship it to you free of additional shipping costs. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
