Goma Ae (about sesame sauce 胡麻和え)

1. Boil any kind of feijão/spinach/asparagus/cabbage/broccoli/okura in water with salt for 2 minutes and drain very very well.

2. Mortar sesame 3 and mix with maple syrup (sugar) 1 and soya sauce 1.

3. Mix all well and a glass of wine.
