Seitan Shogayaki

Seitan Ginger
1. Cut Seitan to 1x1cm strips. Marinate it in soya sauce, sake/white wine, grated ginger, garlic, and honey for 10min.
2. Cut onion and bell pepper into 1cm strips
3. Heat oil, onion, bell pepper, and Seitan. Finish by pouring the rest of the marinate juice.
