Stir Fry Tomato & Egg (番茄炒蛋)

1. Beat 2 eggs with salt. Cut tomato into bite-size.

2. Heat vegetable oil 1tbs till smoke come out and add the egg. Take out when it is 70% done.

3. Heat another vegetable oil 1tbs cook tomato with salt and honey (sugar) mix with egg and serve. Don’t overcook the egg.
