Let’s stay home and eat healthy to fight against Covid-19!

Lightly pickled cabbage (キャベツ浅漬け)

1. Cut cabbage 3x3cm and carrot into thin sticks.

2. Rub them with salt 2% weight of the cabbage add strips of lemon zest and dried kombu if you have.

3. Leave it for at least 3 hours, squeeze all extra liquid, serve it with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
