Shitake Batā Shoyu (Sauté Shitake with butter & soya sauce 椎茸バター醤油)

1. Heat butter. when melted add Shitake/Any kind of mushroom and cook for a minute.

2. Add Sake (or white wine) 1tbs, salt and soya sauce 1tbs steam for a minute.

3. Sprinkle parsley.
